Chemelex has introduced the new Raychem Elexant 3500i family of electronic thermostats, delivering flexible, connected, and reliable heat tracing control for industrial applications. Available in wall-mounted and pipe-mounted configurations, the Elexant 3500i combines fast installation with advanced features, including Bluetooth and RS-485 connectivity, alarming, current sensing, ground fault detection, and automated 24-hour system checks. Configuration is simple with the Elexant Connect App, while Modbus RTU communication enables seamless integration with distributed control systems (DCS). The configurable platform allows users to select the functionality they need, helping reduce installation costs, improve system reliability, and minimize downtime
